Splashaway is Layaway for an entire summer of fun! Splashaway works differently than shopping with credit cards. With Splashaway you make payments over time, but your purchases stay in the store until you finish paying for them. Just make a deposit and we auto draft your account monthly. Once you pay off the total purchase price, your season passes are available for use. See the terms and conditions below.

Splashaway payment plans are coming soon for the Blue Family Four Pack. Due to server issues, the Blue Family Four Packs are not working correctly with the payment plan option. All other pass levels are available for the Splashaway payment plan option (Blue individual, Gold individual and Gold Family Four Packs)

Policy: Splashaway Terms & Conditions 

• Splashaway begins December 2019
  • All splashaway season passes must be paid in full before 5/16/2019 (Opening Day)
  • Available online only
  • Available for season passes only

• Cancellation
  • NO REFUNDS for first payment will be given
  • NO REFUNDS for splashaway payments will be given

• Payments:
  • All payments will show on your bank account as (City of Fort Smith Parrot Island Water Park)
    • First payment is due at checkout
    • All Splashaway season passes must be paid in full before 5/16/2020 (opening day)
    • Payments will be split evenly - See example 1A below
      • Splashaway Payment Plan completion date is 5/15/2020
    • All payments will be deducted on the date you check out in the online store. Example: If you make your purchase on 12\15\2019, all remaining payments will be deducted on the 15th of the following months

• Missed payments:
  • If there is a missed or declined payment:
    • Parrot Island’s point of sale system will NOT try to process the payment again
    • Splashaway Payment Plan will be cancelled
    • NO REFUNDS for past payments will be given
    • Guests may come to Guest Services during office hours to pay off passes in full if a payment was missed. This is the only way to keep credit for past payments to the layaway plan

• Minimums
  • At least one season pass must be purchased

• No Refunds – No Rain Checks – No Exchanges

• Example 1A
  • Purchase before December 15th equals six payments
  • Purchase before January 15th equals five payments
  • Purchase before February 15th equals four payments
  • Purchase before March 15th equals three payments
